DELIVERY POLICY
Standard Delivery:

If you choose this as your delivery option, you will get your orders delivered within 48 hrs after you receive confirmation from our end. Once we dispatch your order, we will inform you through email and whatsapp. You will find the delivery charge added to the Final Total during checkout.

Express Delivery:

If you choose this as your delivery option, you will get your orders delivered within 24 hrs after you receive confirmation from our end.Once we dispatch your order, we will inform you through email and whatsapp. You will find the delivery charge added to the Final Total during checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 12 hours of receipt through this email : hennaflows@gmail.com

When you email us, kindly make sure to attach the image of damage item(s).

We will issue replacement at our discretion.

There is no exchange for any orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship outside Kuwait as our henna is completely natural and does not have any preservatives or chemicals in it.
Beware of chemical/instant cones that don't require refrigeration!
Real henna paste expires within a few days at room temperature.
